CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any fees. A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals; however, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate other clients or may be considered a late cancellation. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be applied toward a future appointment. For cancellations and rescheduling made within less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. In the event of a no-show, the full service amount will be charged. I appreciate your understanding and thank you for supporting my small business.
